Pricing Packages

We ensure complete confidentiality of the information shared with us. If required, we will sign a confidentiality agreement with you. All our employee’s sign non-disclosure agreement where we explain to them how critical it is to preserve confidentiality of information, file storage etc. and what would be the implications in case of any breach. This contract stands valid even after the resignation of employee’s.

We comply with the non-disclosure agreement of client and strictly adhere to client confidentiality. We preserve client information by employing stringent security measures such as restricted access to our office premises, password-protected computers, latest technologies as well as signing non-disclosure agreements with our employees. We assure the maximum possible data protection and privacy of our valuable customer by maintaining high standard and best possible practice.

We keep the data for 6-12 months and thereafter may destroy the data until specifically asked by client to keep it for future reference/work.

The services offered by us are subscription packages. The projects that we work for you will be billed on an hourly basis. The hourly rate differs based on the type of service and the complexity of your requirements. All billing will be done on actuals. The billable hours also include the time spent on requirements gathering/understanding and meetings for your project.

We can quote the estimated hours for completing a project upfront if requested by the client. The hours quoted is subject to adjustment until we have accepted the customer’s offer. The quoted hours and delivery time do not include any extra services added by the customer. We will contact the customer and inform them of any adjustments to price and/or delivery time. When agreeing to the quoted hours, the customer enters into an agreement with us.

Visual Sculptors Design Services Pvt. Ltd. deliver the services meeting the deadline as agreed with the customer. Upon delivery of the services, the customer is entitled to avail two free iterations like design improvements, updating the contents. More than two iterations will be billed at agreed hourly rate.

We provide 100% guarantee on quality. We will generally work on 20% of the work as sample and deliver to you for your approval. If you like the sample, we will go ahead and complete the project and bill for the complete project. If you don’t like the sample, we can provide different sample again, if it is still not satisfactory, we will not charge for the work. If there are any error in our delivery like misinterpretation of instruction or omission, we will amend the same without additional charges.

NOTE: We will accept only DIRECT WIRE transfer payments for Data entry/Research projects. No other payment mode will be used as agreed with our payment gateway providers. Processing and transaction fees will be in addition to the base price

For subscription plans, cancellation period of 7 days from the date of purchase applies if client does not start availing our services. The current subscription is non-terminable after 7 days of purchase. However, the client can cancel further subscription by providing 7 day notice before the start of next subscription period. Next subscription fees fall due immediately after the end of validity period of existing subscription. Upon cancellation, the eligible amount will be refunded to the same account which the client used to pay originally, within 7-10 working days from the date of receipt of cancellation request from the client.

We may change the price for subscriptions from time to time, and will communicate any price changes to the customer/client. Price changes for subscriptions will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. By continuing to use the subscription after the price change takes effect, it is understood that the customer/client accepts the new price.
